Bibb Community Partnership has been in the middle Georgia are for over 25 years. A part of Family Connection, we are the local installation of a network of people across the state, eager to make our communities a better place by connecting families with resources and the partners that make those resources possible. Our goal is to strengthen the network of well-intentioned community members and to make sure those people who need assistance, no matter how big or small, are connected with the people and organizations who can make real change happen.
Our Mission
Community Partnership is a community planning agency focused on improving outcomes for children and families. We bring together a group of service providers, residents, educatiors, elected officials, community leaders and other stakeholders to plan and implement strategies to address community issues affecting children and families. We facilitate collaboration by asking our partners to work together in new and innovative ways to improve access and service delivery to those most in need. Community Partnership is a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization. We are part of the Georgia Family Connection statewide network.

About Family Connection
Family Connection is present in every county in Georgia. It is the largest statewide network of communities in the nation that have made a commitment to improve results for children and families. Communities In Schools, present in fifty Georgia communities and over 2,000 communities in the U.S., also controlled at the local level, is the nation’s largest dropout prevention initiative. For the last two years, Worth magazine named Communities In Schools one of the 100 best nonprofits in the U.S.
In our county, Family Connection and Communities In Schools are the same organization. We are a partnership of several organizations working with families to research the needs of children and families in our community, and to work together to address those needs.
